Refund policy

We sell quality computers at an affordable price. If we have to process a requested return because a customer has decided they no longer want the computer, this will take a great deal of time away from packaging and responding to other customers. We highly recommend making sure you are 100% sure about purchasing, receiving, and using the amazing computer before banging that purchase button.

Our Return policy is that the customer has 10 days after the package has been successfully delivered to return. Which means you have 10 calendar days from the day you received it to return the computer to be eligible.

In order to be eligible, the purchased item MUST be in the same condition that it was received, that is it must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging as shipped by bangbangpcs. Proof that you did purchase will be required!

You will also need to pay for shipping the item back, and a restocking fee of $120.

If the pc is opened and is USED and OPENED the customer will NOT receive a refund.
